This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns for our physical and digital puja services are handled.


1. General Policy Overview

Our services include both physical deliveries and digital religious services conducted at your home. Due to the nature of spiritual services, certain refunds and returns may not be applicable. However, we strive to be fair and transparent in resolving any concerns.


2. Refund Eligibility

a. Digital and On-Site Puja Services

Refunds for digital or on-site puja services will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation by Ausumn Puja: If we cancel a puja due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
  • Rescheduling Issues: If you are unable to reschedule due to our unavailability after a confirmed booking, we will issue a refund.

b. Physical Products (Puja Kits or Religious Items)

Physical products are eligible for refunds or returns only if:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete.

3. Conditions for Refunds and Returns

To qualify for a refund or return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a physical product or within 24 hours after a puja service.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accompanying items (if any).
  • photo or video proof of the damaged or defective product may be requested for verification.

4. Cancellation and Refund Process

a. For Puja Services

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of booking: Full refund.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the puja: 50% refund (as preparatory work and arrangements may have commenced).
  • Same-day cancellations: Non-refundable, except in special circumstances such as emergencies.

b. For Physical Products

  • Notify us at hello@ausumnpuja.in with your order number and details of the issue.
  • After verification, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Fees and Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refund Processing Fees: No additional fees for refunds unless otherwise specified.
  • Service Cancellation Charges: 50% refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled puja.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Puja Services: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
  • Physical Products: Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

7. Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Custom puja services specially arranged based on client specifications.
  • Products that are used or tampered with after delivery.
  • Digital content or downloadable religious materials once accessed or delivered.

8. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Write to us at hello@ausumnpuja.in with your order details and reason for the return or refund request.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach images or videos (if applicable) for physical product issues.
  3. Await Response: Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
